A bit about me, I have been playing D&D 5e almost weekly since may 2022 and have only quite recently gotten into DM'ing my own tables.
I am a very chaotic player, which also translates into my DM style. I try to be as prepared as I possibly can be, but always seem to forget some important detail.
And although chaos reigns at my tables, I do try to make sure everyone is included during the sessions.
For me the main goal of roleplaying games is for everyone to have fun. If that is achieved, then I consider the evening sucessfull.

Lastly my tables usually centre more around roleplay, but anything can happen really if you offend a NPC.
The same goes the other way around, if you want to talk the BBEG into being good, be my guest!
