Every Thursday evening we host a One-Shot event. One-Shots are D&D or other TTRPG adventures that are played in a single session.
Weekly we try to get up to 5 GM's to run a table in D&D or other TTRPG rulesets and at different playing levels. It really doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert player. All people are welcome. Our tables run in dutch and/or english (as we have a big expat community in the region in and around Eindhoven.)
Entrance fee for playing is 2.50 euro.
Please check out our socials for more information about the D&D and TTRPG One-Shots

A sad day has befallen the town of Sorrow-wind. The beloved son of mayor Bertenhal has passed. The last week that you have been in the town, completing quests and slaying monsters trying to attack the village, the villagers have been mourning and praying for the soul of young master Bertenhal.
While you are staying at the local Still Raven Inn however an envelope slides under your door. An envelope stamped with the seal of the Bertenhal's. Inside is a letter adressed to you all personally.
"Dear Adventurers, we hereby formally invite you to the funeral of our beloved son, Edrick Bertenhal. Attendance includes participation in our banquet and a good night's rest at Bertenhal Manor. We hope to see you all attend coming Wednesday. With kind regards, Tyvar Bertenhal and Victoria Bertenhal."
The funeral of the young master has reached across the entire village and all seem eager to attend and pay their respects to the deceased. Will you join and enjoy the night?

Why are they here? When do they leave?

“A curse has befallen our noble prince, turning him into a tyrant. We alone have the power to leave his domain. We’ve traveled far and wide to find heroes such as yourselves to end our dread lord’s curse and put his troubled soul to rest. Our leader, Madam Eva, knows all. Will you return to Barovia with us and speak with her?”
They also hand you a sealed letter — the beginning of a journey that may end in glory… or death.

After a long, ordinary day, your character drifts off to sleep…
But something feels off. The dream is too vivid. You awaken in a strange room, surrounded by unfamiliar faces — each as confused as you are.
Why are you here?
Where is the exit?
And is this truly just a dream?
This one‑shot focuses on role‑play and storytelling over combat. The rules are guidelines, not limits — creativity and character choices drive the adventure.
Please bring a level 3 D&D character (5e or 2024 rules) with a defined job or background — something that shapes how you see the world and interact with others.
