Every Thursday evening we host a One-Shot event. One-Shots are D&D or other TTRPG adventures that are played in a single session.
Weekly we try to get 5 a 6 GM's to run a table in D&D or other TTRPG rulesets and at different playing levels. It really doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert player. All people are welcome. Our tables run in dutch and/or english (as we have a big expat community in the region in and around Eindhoven.)
Entrance fee for playing is 3.50 euro + 1.50 euro for consumption credit.
Please check out our socials for more information about the D&D and TTRPG One-Shots

Ok.. but what is Blades in the Dark?
Blades in the Dark is a tabletop role-playing game about a crew of daring scoundrels seeking their fortunes on the haunted streets of an industrial-fantasy city. There are heists, chases, occult mysteries, dangerous bargains, bloody skirmishes, and, above all, riches to be had — if you’re bold enough to seize them.
You and your fledgling crew must thrive amidst the threats of rival gangs, powerful noble families, vengeful ghosts, the Bluecoats of the city watch, and the siren song of your scoundrel’s own vices. Will you rise to power in the criminal underworld? What are you willing to do to get to the top?
how does it work:
Blades in the dark is a d6 system, therefor it's easy to learn, and while the system does have some aditional mechanics most rolls are a simple d6 roll, so bring some d6's !
But what about characters?
Character sheets will be provided at the table, character creation is a unique blend of class options and player choices, explained on the sheet itself.
if that sounds intimidating, don't worry it's the GM will help where needed!
Any questions or remarks?

Spoilers for Baldurs Gate 1 below:
It is certain that the death of Mulahey will relieve the fears of the terrorized folk of Naskel, but you remain uneasy. While the half-orc may indeed have casued the evils that befell the mine, the shortage of iron is too widespread to be his doing alone. His letters comfirm your suspicions, and though they give little indication as to where his cohorts are hiding, they may have links to the bandits that currently plague the Coast Way.
This adventure is a 5e conversion of the video game Baldur's Gate 1.
This table is beginner friendly. If you don't know how to create a DnD 5e character, pm me here or on discord (letabot#3490)

You were just minding you own business in this beautiful old antique shop called “Trinkets”. Just casually browsing through the artifacts that the old shopkeeper has collected over the years. Not really looking for anything specific. Minding your own business just as the other shoppers are doing, when suddenly a surge of energy envelops you and everyone in the surrounding area.
Disoriented you awaken in a place that you have never seen before and as far as you know you are completely alone. The air around you smells like meatballs and cranberry sauce and your surroundings are eerily quiet. Where are you? How did you end up in this place? But more importantly how will you get out?
What you can expect:
Roleplay - 5/10
Exploration - 8/10
Combat - 7/10
Puzzels solving - 7/10

After the successes of "Oops! All bards" #1, "Oops! All bards" #2, and "Oops! All birds", we now find ourselves at "Oops! All beards!".
Your hometown of Barbing has always been famous for its beards. Everyone in town who is able to grow one has one. Not only do they have one, they take great care and pride in them.
However, you and each of your many siblings wanted to style your beards in an "exotically weird" way. Over this conflicts arose with your deeply conservative parents. To them a beard should just be a beard and no fancy stuff. B-o-r-i-n-g! So they believe you brought shame to your family!
Being true Barbingians, you chose beard over blood and, as soon as you were old enough to grow and style your beard as you wanted to, you and each of your siblings decided to leave Barbing.
The only exception to this is your beloved little sister who stayed. Over the years she took good care of your parents, until they passed away peacefully many years ago.
Now, years later, word has reached you that your sister has been accused of witchcraft and has been arrested. More and more evidence is been gathered and if found guilty she will burn on the stake!
You don't hesitate for a second and decide to travel back to your hometown and save your sister!
