Every Thursday evening we host a One-Shot event. One-Shots are D&D or other TTRPG adventures that are played in a single session.
Weekly we try to get 5 a 6 GM's to run a table in D&D or other TTRPG rulesets and at different playing levels. It really doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert player. All people are welcome. Our tables run in dutch and/or english (as we have a big expat community in the region in and around Eindhoven.)
Entrance fee for playing is 3.50 euro + 1.50 euro for consumption credit.
Please check out our socials for more information about the D&D and TTRPG One-Shots

After 37 adventures, give or take, during the last year, the Ghost Kids deserve a day off, and this time for real. They have defeated smugglers, aliens, eldritch liches, sea empires, fey conspracies, bandits, beholders, giants, many many dragons, werewolves, hags, mind flayers, mommies, demons, vampires, between many other great foes. They have built a community and a good name around this part of the world forever. So bring your sunglasses, and lets have fun in... wait, what? is that a f**king kraken? oh, is he like... waiving at us?... it's Mark! Guys, don’t worry, it is just Mark. Hi, Mark! Relax, he is chill and brought a beer. So... Where was I? Oh, yeah, if this is not a simulation of our dying mind because we were captured by mind flayers one by one, bring your beach ball and let's have fun in the beach!
Standard disclaimer: I did pinky swear to Jinte that there is not going to be any existencial threat in this episode. Nevertheless, the Dungeon Master is not responsable for any accidental death if any PC decides to summon interplanar entities or to anger beings over CR 15.
Other standard disclaimer: it seems that it will be a really chill session, so there is probably not going to be combat, but mostly rely on role play.
Other other standard disclaimer: we are not in a mind flayer simulation while our brains are being devoured by a tadpole!

Captain Jameson is a pirate of legend. His name reigned the seas for decades and his wealth was vast before he suddenly vanished.
Your group are just some starting adventurers who are down on their luck in the coin department when you are approached about this infamous captain. Do you trust your source? Is the captains vast treasure out there? Won't the captain still guard it? After all, curiosity killed the cat...
This is a lvl 3 one-shot. You can choose to bring a lvl 3 character or choose one from a binder I will bring. Use point buy or standard array for abilities and averages for HP. You can pick 1 common magic item.
(this table is beginner friendly! When in doubt, we'll help you through)

I've got a challenge for you!
Did you ever wanted to tour with 'the band'? Or did you ever wanted to be in the age of King Arthur and the holy grail?
This is your chance to make your dream come through!
So what is Fiasco?
Fiasco is a GM-less game for 3-5 players, designed to be played in a few hours with no preparation. During a game you engineer and play out stupid, disastrous situations,
usually at the intersection of greed, fear, and lust. It’s like making your own Coen brothers movie, in about the same amount of time it’d take to watch one.
But I don't know how to play, how does it work?
FIASCO is a roleplay & improve heavy game, centred around the relationships between characters and scenes. An explanation of the mechanics will be provided when we sit down. But trust me, it's rather intuitive.
And what's the story about?
Well that's the fun bit... the story will be created by you. And then it will spiral out of control...
Do I have to bring something to the game?
All the needed resources will be provided all you need is a good/working/an average set of brains... and the will to improvise a bit/a lot.

The traveling extravaganza known as the Witchlight Carnival visits your world once every eight years. You have a dim memory of sneaking into the carnival as a child without paying for a ticket. That memory has grown foggy over time, though it still conjures a weird admixture of emotions—wonder and awe mixed with loss and regret. During this childhood visit, your character lost something. You tried to find it, but the carnival owners—a pair of elves named Mister Witch and Mister Light—were decidedly unhelpful.
“Silly little screeching cricket,” said Witch. “You forgot to buy a ticket.”
“The carnival goes round and round,” said Light. “The multiverse is our playground. Nothing’s free and nothing’s lost. Every visit has its cost.”
As time passed, your heart became less heavy, and you gave less and less thought to those childhood events. Now, for reasons you can’t explain, the longing to retrieve that which you have lost has resurfaced, as though an old spell has faded away, allowing you to feel the loss as sharply as if it happened yesterday.
The Witchlight Carnival has returned, and you find yourself standing near a ticket booth by the entrance at twilight, just as the carnival is about to open. There you meet others who look as troubled as you. Without knowing how or why, you sense that each of them has lost something as well. Perhaps fate has brought you together.

Baldur’s Gate is a city on the verge of war—a simmering stewpot of social tensions where even the smallest drop
of unrest might cause it to boil over and turn the city against itself. Walls cut Baldur’s Gate into three cities.
The rich live atop bluffs protected from the bourgeoisie. Their homes cling to the slopes that literally prevent member of the middle
class from rising above their stations. Beyond the protection of the walls, the city’s many’outcasts live with no law aside from that enforced by
the daggers of thieves. In this powder keg, an old threat flickers to new life. The plot of a murdered deity finally comes to fruition,
resurrecting the god of assassins. Bhaal wilI live again. And in the city that once thwarted his rebirth, three prominent figures unwittingly compete to herald his return.
As the bodies clog the streets, can the heroes keep the city from tearing itself apart? Can they prevent Bhaal from claiming the mind and soul
of one of the city’s most powerful citizens? Or, as the 3 battle their way to the top of the heap, will Bhaal’s favor
fall upon one of them? Only one thing is certain:
There will be blood
Murder in Baldur's gate is an adventure set 10 years before the events of Baldur's gate 3. It is a prequel to Descent into Avernus.
It is set during the time of the Sundering, a period of years when many of the gods designate mortals to be their Chosen. Bhaal being one of them.
Your adventuring party is known as the "Heroes of the Wide". With the "Wide" being a large marketplace in the Upper city (upper class part of the city). So keep that in mind when making a character.
As you might expect from a campaign set in Baldur's Gate, expect a lot of morally dubious characters, and thus also a lot of morally dubious options that you might have available to stop Bhaal.
character creation rules:
all official content allowed
no unearthed arcana
point buy for stats
fixed hp
The specific Baldur's gate background choices would be useful in this campaign, but you can pick the regular background without the Baldur's Gate variant.
